Just been through extended process of purchase. Kiln itself fine but technical support and info random. Dissappointed to have been willing to go into gas firing and being met with offhand vague info on flues etc. Handbook sent out with kiln calls same controls by more than one name and is a collection of pages rather than a guide.rolling eyes

I have owned a Laser gas kiln for several years. During this time the kiln has performed extremely well. Whenever I have contacted Laser I have always found them to be very helpful smiling face
